Tiny But Mighty 3: A Juried National Exhibition of Small Artworks

Tiny But Mighty is a nationally juried exhibition of artworks no larger than 8" in their longest dimension. Artworks can be 2D or 3D in all mediums and styles. This competitive exhibition will take place in The Vault, a historical bank vault within d'Art Center that accommodates approximately 25 works, creating an intimate viewing experience in the heart of Norfolk's NEON District.

Entry fee is $30 for 3 submissions (one image per submission). Additional submissions up to 10 total works are $5 each. Submit 3-10 images and 0-3 videos. The 8" size restriction does not include framing. For 3D works, create a tile image showing multiple sides or use additional image slots for detail images. The exhibition will be curated by d'Art Center Gallery Director Amanda Bradley and juried by professional artists and staff members. Best in Show award is $500. Gallery commission on sales is 60/40 (60% artist, 40% d'Art Center).

Exhibition dates: February 10 - March 9, 2024. Reception: Thursday, February 15, 2024, 5:30-7:30pm. Accepted works must arrive by 5pm Saturday, February 3, 2024. Artists are responsible for shipping costs. Works must include pre-paid return labels through FedEx or UPS. No packing peanuts. Works can be picked up starting Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
