Third Ward Art Festival 2026

The 14th Annual Third Ward Art Festival takes place on Labor Day Weekend in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, known as "Milwaukee's Arts and Fashion District." Located just three blocks south of downtown Milwaukee, this upscale area features dynamic restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries and unique shopping, attracting visitors from near and far. The Third Ward offers a wonderful mix of old and new architecture with wide sidewalks and outdoor cafes well-situated for viewing art.

The festival features about 200 exhibitor spaces with a back-to-back layout down the street, providing ample back storage space for each artist. Fine art and both contemporary and conservative themes sell well at this urban show. Artists keep all their sales income from the festival. Load-in is available Friday evening and Saturday morning, with artists able to drive up to or very close to their booth space. Amdur Productions staff is present throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load-in to load-out, with booth sitting services available.

Space fees are $750 for 12' x 10' spaces and $1,500 for 20' x 10' spaces, with corner upgrades available for an additional $300. The festival includes overnight security, awards, and extensive marketing support through digital and print advertisements, radio, posters, street banners, social media, and direct mail. Additional services available for rent include tents, tent weights, tables, chairs, and pro-panel walls. Hotel discounts and parking assistance are provided for participating artists.
