These Truths

Gallery 114 in Portland, Oregon invites artists to submit work responding to the theme "These Truths." The exhibition explores how truth can be interpreted differently by everyone, examining issues of data fudging, contradicting experts, conspiracy theories, outright lies and deceptions, and lessons learned during the pandemic experience. Artists are encouraged to take creative risks in producing high quality artistic expression through a personal and/or political lens.

Submission requirements: 1-3 images. Entry fee is $25.00. International artists are eligible. To support artists during this challenging time, all sales will be handled directly between the artist and buyer, with the artist retaining 100% profit as the gallery will not be taking commissions.

This is a virtual exhibit on the Gallery 114 website. Deadline for submission is March 25, 2021. Notification of acceptance is by April 5, 2021. The exhibit runs from May 6-29, 2021.
