A $50 deposit may be made if the event is more than 30 days away, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Daytime parking is available for RVs and standard vehicles. The show accepts a wide range of mediums including ceramics, jewelry, paintings, photography, fiber, glass, wood, metal art, and more. A limited quantity of offset prints, giclees, and reproduced work are allowed if clearly labeled as such.
Applications require three images of work, one image of a 10x10 outdoor display with white canopy tent, a biography or website, and a $20 non-refundable jury fee. All artwork must be original and handcrafted by the approved artist or through collaboration between two artists. The artist must be present throughout the event. One medium only per booth is permitted. Displays must be professional with white tents only; handwritten signs and ribbons from other shows are prohibited. Exhibitors selling food or skin care products must have one million dollar product liability insurance naming Howard Alan Events, Inc. and American Craft Endeavors as co-insured.
