About This Call
For 26 years, The Village at Winona Art Fair has staged a juried show of original fine art that is welcoming and profitable for exhibiting artists. The fair features $30,000+ in pledged money from patrons, providing built-in sales before the show begins. Located on the shores of Winona Lake, Indiana, the event is centrally positioned for easy access to top-rated shows in Chicago, Columbus, and Indianapolis. The show is limited to approximately 70-75 booths to ensure great exposure for each artist.
The fair takes place Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7, 2026, with hours from 10am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sunday. Booth fees are $175 for a 10x10 space with a $30 jury/application fee. Applications are accepted from December 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026, with jury selection March 4-6, 2026. Artists may submit up to 2 applications in different categories and must include 4 images plus a booth shot.
Artist amenities include daily coffee and donuts, lunch and drinks brought to booths on Saturday, light snacks on Sunday, marketing support, reduced hotel rates, plentiful parking with shuttles, and overnight security. All exhibited art must be for sale and composed of 80% original work, with reproductions limited to 20% of pieces and booth space. Artists must be present during show hours, and no early tear-downs are allowed.
