About This Call

The Pull of the Print is a group exhibition at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon, held in April 2016. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in all forms of printmaking, including painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width.

Submission deadline is March 1, 2016. Artists will be notified of acceptance by March 4, 2016 via email. Accepted artwork must be received by March 18, 2016. The entry fee is $35.00 for one to three artworks, submitted as digital JPG image files. Accepted artists will not be charged additional fees. There will be an opening reception, and the exhibition will be posted on the Verum Ultimum Gallery website. One artist may be selected for a featured online blog post interview.

All works in the show must be for sale. The gallery takes a 35 percent commission on all sales, with sale price determined by the artist. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. Selected images may be used by Verum Ultimum Gallery on printed materials and the gallery website for promotional purposes only. For questions, contact [email protected].
