The New Year Show

Gallery of Hermosa invites Southern California artists to submit original artwork for "The New Year Show," an exhibition and sale running January 17 to February 16, 2025. The opening reception is January 17, 2025 from 5-8pm at Gallery of Hermosa, 138 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach.

The gallery welcomes artwork of all themes, genres, and 2D mediums including paintings, drawings, prints, mixed media, and limited edition photography. Small 3D works under 12 inches in height that can stand on a pedestal will be considered. All sizes and price points are welcome, though larger pieces with glass frames will not be displayed. Artwork must be original, high-quality, and available for sale. Photography must be unique or part of a limited edition series; please specify the series and edition. Artwork must be hand-delivered to the gallery—shipped work will not be accepted. Artists must be able to pick up unsold work from the gallery.

Submit up to three images with a non-refundable entry fee of $25 for the first image and $5 for each additional image. Include a brief artist statement or bio, artwork description, selling price, Instagram handle, and website URL with your submission. Submission deadline is January 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST.
