The Mayton Color our World

The Mayton is accepting submissions for its themed exhibition "Color our World." The exhibition will feature artwork on the second and third floors of The Mayton.

Eligible artwork must be original and able to hang on a wall. Accepted mediums include painting, photography, modified photography, collage, mixed media, textile, ceramic, pencil, ink, wood relief, and digitally-generated artwork. AI-generated work is allowed if the subject is original and complies with content guidelines. Artwork must be sized between 10"x10" (minimum) and 30"x40" (maximum) without a frame. All work must be framed or professionally presented and must be for sale.

Each artist may submit up to 4 works for a single $15.00 entry fee. Submissions are not guaranteed acceptance as this is a curated exhibition. Works selected for the show will be displayed from April 14 through August 24, 2025. Art drop-off is April 14, 2025 from 10am-1pm, and pick-up is August 25, 2025 from 10am-1pm. If artwork sells during the exhibition, it will be replaced with work from the waitlist. Framing requirements include proper hanging wire connected one-third down the back of the work, professional presentation options such as float framing or stretcher mounting, and no sawtooth hangers or plastic-coated wire.
