The Lincoln Gallery 2019 National Fine Art Show

The Lincoln Gallery in Loveland, Colorado announces their 2019 National Fine Art Show, open to all U.S. artists working in six categories: Oil, Mixed Media & Acrylic, Pastel/Drawing, Watercolor, 3-D/Sculpture, and Photography. Work must be original art, not copied from published photos or works by other artists. All entries must be for sale. No installations or sets of works to make one entry will be accepted. The jury reserves the right to disqualify any work considered to be in poor taste or inappropriate. Any entries that have appeared in previous Lincoln Gallery or Thompson Valley Art League juried shows will be disqualified.

The entry fee is $45 and includes up to 3 entries. Additional entries are $10 each for a maximum of 6 entries total. Artists may enter multiple categories but total entries may not exceed 6. Submissions must include 3-6 images. The deadline for entry is March 31, 2019. All artists will be notified by email of jury decisions by April 13th. The juror is Bob Coonts, an artist and educator based in Colorado.

Accepted work must be delivered or shipped between April 25-27. The exhibition runs from May 3rd through June 7th, with the Artists' Reception and Awards Presentation on Friday, May 10th from 6:30-8:00 PM. Cash awards exceeding $2,000 will be presented for Best of Show, First Place in each category, and Peoples' Choice. The Lincoln Gallery will collect a 35% commission on all sales. Unsold work will be shipped by June 15. Specific requirements apply to flat work (maximum 75 inches linear measurement, must be wired for hanging, no more than 25 lbs), three-dimensional art (no more than 36 inches in any dimension, no more than 50 lbs), and miniature pieces (wall hung maximum 12 inches on longest side, 3D maximum 8 inches, must sell for $150 or less).
