The Landscapes / Cityscapes Exhibition 2019

2019 Overland Park Art at the Center Photography Exhibition for local artists only. Show dates: October 11 through November 24, 2019. Entry deadline: July 31, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee is $10 for up to 4 images (minimum 1 image required; up to 2 videos also accepted). Jurors: Friends of Overland Park Arts - Art at the Center Committee.

Awards: Best of Show - $500, Second Place - $300, Third Place - $100, Two Honorable Mention Awards - $50 each. All work submitted must be for sale. A twenty-five percent (25%) gallery commission and sales taxes apply. All accounts will be settled within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the exhibition. Artists will receive proper attribution in the gallery based on information provided in the application.

Art at the Center is a not-for-profit gallery space located in Tomahawk Ridge Community Center, 11902 Lowell Ave. (119th & Lowell), Overland Park, Kansas. Gallery hours: Mon.-Fri. 5:30 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sat. 7 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sun. 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Admission is free. Local delivery only; no shipped works accepted. Artwork must be received ready to display. Framed art must weigh no more than 30 lbs. Hanging wire must be at least 100# weight (#3 wire). Stretched canvas may be unframed only if sides are painted (gallery wrap). Strip framing is forbidden; if framed, the frame must be of high quality. Saw tooth hangers are forbidden. Floor sculptures or pedestal works must be independently stable. The City of Overland Park insures the exhibition against loss and damage.
