About This Call
Oceana Art Gallery in Pacifica, CA is accepting submissions for "The Heart of the Matter," a juried exhibition running March 28 - April 27, 2014. This is an open call for 2D and 3D work by professional artists. Work should touch upon the theme of love.
Accepted media includes paintings (oil, acrylic, watercolor or mixed media), photography, drawings, and small-scale sculpture (under 24 x 24 x 24 inches). Work must be able to be hung on a wall or displayed on a pedestal. No work requiring special installation or instructions will be accepted. Work must be less than 60 inches on either side, including frame. Heavy sculptures and jewelry are not accepted at this time.
Entry fee is $25.00, with an additional $15.00 media fee for each additional entry. Submit 1-10 images of your work. The juror is Maria Medua, Director of the SFMOMA Artists Gallery at Fort Mason Center. Contact [email protected] with questions.
