The Fall Fine Arts Festival 2026

The Fall Fine Arts Festival is a 2-day fine arts fair hosted by the Vero Beach Art Club at the IRC IG Center Wiggins Field in Vero Beach. The event is open to VBAC members and non-members.

Artists exhibit in 10' x 10' booth spaces with a minimum of 2' between spaces. Maximum booth height is 10' and white tents only; artists are responsible for supplying and setting up their own tent. Electricity is not available. A fire extinguisher is required for each booth space. Restroom facilities and food trucks are available onsite. Setup occurs Friday, November 13, 2026, from 12 noon to 5 PM. The show opens Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 10 AM (all booths must be set up by 9:30 AM) and closes Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 4 PM.

Applications open March 6, 2026, with a deadline of June 26, 2026 (late deadline July 3, 2026). Application fee is $35.00 ($60.00 late fee). Booth fee is $250.00, due within 14 days of acceptance notification by August 21, 2026. Jury notification is by August 7, 2026. Artists must submit 4 digital images: 3 showing artwork examples and 1 showing booth display. One category per application; artists may exhibit a maximum of two categories in one booth if both are accepted. Categories include Acrylic & Oil, Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Graphics, Jewelry, Metal/Sculpture/Wood, Mixed Media, Photography (Black & White, Color, Digitally Manipulated), and Watercolor.

A panel of 3 jurors will review artwork examples excluding artist names, scoring on a 1-10 scale. One artwork will be chosen for the show program cover; that artist receives a free booth fee and ribbon. Ribbons are also awarded for Best In Show, Merit Award, and Honorable Mention. All artwork must be original, for sale, and clearly marked with price. Artists must work their own booth. No refunds are given for cancellation or inclement weather. The event will be promoted through TV, newspaper ads, posters, radio, signs, and social media.
