The Ella Sharp Museum's 21st Annual Art, Beer and Wine Festival 2026

The Ella Sharp Museum hosts the 21st Annual Art, Beer, and Wine Festival presented by County National Bank to support the cultural and educational goals of the museum. The festival traditionally brings in 4,000 visitors and features beverage tasting from Michigan breweries, wineries, and cider mills, stages with Jackson area entertainment, and local food. Proceeds benefit museum exhibits, public education, art and science classes, workshops, outreach, and other programs of the Ella Sharp Museum and Hurst Planetarium, a 501c3 non-profit organization.

The festival runs from 1 pm to 6 pm. Tasting tickets are $55 (discounted pre-sale) and include a special tasting glass and 10 tastings. VIP tickets cost $110 and include a special tasting glass, ten tastings, and access to a private, air-conditioned room within the museum with free food and specialty drinks. General Admission (non-tasting) tickets are available for $25 for those looking to experience the arts and entertainment. All vendors receive free entrance for up to 4 individuals and one free tasting glass.

Participation for artists is selected through a jury process with no more than 65 artists accepted. Artists receive a 10' x 10' space for $30 (museum members) or $55 (non-members), with double booth options available. Food vendors are limited to 15 vendors selected first-come, first-served, with booth prices at $135 for single booths. The festival seeks around 30 beverage vendors at $135 for single booths. All vendors must be Michigan-based and provide their own tents, tables, and equipment. Setup is available Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or before noon on event day.
