The DC Art Within the City of Dublin

Risewell Homes (the “Developer”), in partnership with the City of Dublin, invites qualified artists and artist teams to submit their qualifications for the next major addition to the City’s public art collection at The Dublin Centre development project. The overall public art project budget is approximately $1 million, with a minimum of 75% allocated directly to the artwork, (including the selected artist’s commission, fabrication, and installation). This RFQ represents the first step in a four-phased selection process, which is described in greater detail below. The Developer reserves the right to modify the project scope, schedule, and selection process as necessary. The public art timeline be coordinated with the overall construction schedule, with installation anticipated as early as Q4 2027.
