The Cove Holiday Art Market

Bainbridge Island Art will host The Cove Holiday Art Market on November 15 (10 AM–5 PM) and November 16 (11 AM–4 PM). This two-day market takes place in the covered, open-air common areas of The Cove, located at 278 Winslow Way E in downtown Bainbridge Island. The event celebrates local and regional artists and makers, with foot traffic from tourists arriving by ferry and millions of yearly visitors to Bainbridge Island.

Applications are open until October 4, 2025. Artists and artisans must submit a completed application form, 4-6 high-quality images of work and booth setup, artist bio, links to selling website and social media accounts, description of art, and proof of current business license allowing sales in Washington. The $25 non-refundable jury application fee is required. A jury reviews submissions to curate a diverse and high-quality selection. Table assignments are given by October 15.

Table fees range from $185 to $750 depending on location and size. Payment is required by October 7, 2025, or the spot will be forfeited. Artists must bring their own professional-looking table, chair, and signage. Tables must be set up and taken down each day with no overnight storage. Setup is Saturday at 8 AM (completed by 10 AM) and Sunday at 9 AM (completed by 11 AM). Artists must commit to being at their booth for the full day. All sales proceeds go 100% to the exhibiting artist. No wifi or electricity is available. Payment processing must use cellular signal or vendor-provided hotspot. Cancellations before October 8 receive a full refund of booth fee minus the $25 application fee. The event proceeds rain or shine with no refunds for weather. Artists and artisans working in any style, genre, or medium are welcome, provided they own rights or have obtained licenses for their work. Preference is given to those offering holiday-inspired art and gifts.
