About This Call
The Art Base fosters creative expression in the visual arts for all ages and abilities through education, exhibitions, and providing opportunities to artists and artisans. This call presents opportunities for solo, group, and guest-curated exhibitions for Colorado-based artists with an emphasis on those living in the Roaring Fork Valley. All artistic mediums are welcome to apply.
The Art Base offers a supportive professional solo exhibition experience with a dedicated team of installers, curators, designers, and exhibition managers. Applicants must be Colorado residents. If you have previously had a solo exhibition at the Art Base, there must be a minimum of 5 years between your previous exhibition and re-application.
Application Requirements: 3 to 5 hi-resolution images of your work, show proposal, artist statement for the proposed show, CV and bio, and 2 professional references. Entry fee is $35.00.
