The 2074* Casa Bonita Art Show

NEXT Gallery hosts the 8th Annual Casa Bonita Art Show, a national juried exhibition open to artwork in all mediums. All artwork must directly relate to Casa Bonita restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado. The theme asks artists to imagine Casa Bonita 50 years in the future (2074): Still pink? Still beloved? Still iconic? Still standing?

Artists may enter up to 3 pieces. Entry fees are $30 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry. Kids 13 and under can submit to the kids show for $15, which includes a 12x12 canvas. All artwork must be original and not copied from another artist's work. AI art will not be accepted. Submissions are accepted through callforentry.org only.

Submissions will be juried by Casa Bonita Art Show founder Dolla B, Casa Bonita Aficionado Andrew Novick, and Fashion Designer Mona Lucero. Artists will be notified by Friday, February 7, 2025. Accepted artwork dropoff is Monday, February 10, 2025. The exhibition runs Friday, February 14 - Sunday, March 2, 2025 at NEXT Gallery. Cash prizes and Casa Bonita related swag will be awarded. Sold artwork incurs a 30% commission. Unsold artwork must be picked up Sunday, March 2, 2025, or mailed artwork will be returned the week of March 3, 2025.
