The 16th Annual Lone Tree Art Expo

The 16th Annual Lone Tree Art Expo is presented by the City of Lone Tree and the Lone Tree Arts Commission. This juried exhibition runs September 28th – November 28th, 2017 at the Lone Tree Arts Center, 10075 Commons Street, Lone Tree, Colorado, 80124.

Artists may submit up to three pieces of artwork in the following categories: Painting (oil, acrylic, tempera, encaustic), Drawing (pastel, pencil, charcoal), Watercolor, Mixed Media, and Sculpture. Artwork must be original, completed within the last two years, and not previously shown in a Lone Tree art exhibition. All work must be available for purchase. Three-dimensional artwork cannot exceed 15" and must weigh no more than 75 pounds. Two-dimensional media cannot exceed 48", must be a minimum of 12", and cannot weigh more than 35 pounds. Artwork must be framed and ready to hang with picture wire on the back (3D excluded). All work must be dropped off in person on Tuesday, September 26th between 7:30am – 10:30am and picked up on Wednesday, November 29th between 7:30am – 10:30am.

The entry fee is $35 (non-refundable). Artists will receive email notification on September 12th, 2017 regarding acceptance. Awards include Best of Show, Commissioner's Choice, and First and Second Place in each category. Winners of Best of Show, Commissioner's Choice, and First Place category winners will be awarded gallery space at the Lone Tree Arts Center from November 29th – January 3rd to display up to 6 original works.
