About This Call
The Texas Arts and Crafts Fair will be held October 31 - November 2, 2025 on the Hill Country Arts Foundation's 13-acre campus in Ingram, Texas, just west of Kerrville. This official state arts festival is restricted to Texas artists and craftsmen only, with proof of residence potentially required. The event offers a wide range of juried arts and crafts, fair food offerings, entertainment and related educational and recreational activities against a backdrop of the scenic Guadalupe River, with 2,000-4,000 attendees expected.
Approximately 90 available spaces will be filled during the first jurying period, with applicants on the Wait List potentially reconsidered depending on spaces available. Artists may jury in up to 2 categories per artist profile but not with the same body of work. Booth fees range from $200 to $600, with exhibit spaces approximately 10' x 10' under tents provided by the Fair. Climate-controlled indoor exhibit spaces are also available in the visual arts gallery. Admission is $10 per day for adults with all students admitted free.
The fair features 24-hour security, an exclusive exhibitor hospitality lounge, dedicated exhibitor parking, an Art Exploration Zone for kids, performances by Texas musicians and storytellers, and food trucks with beer and wine. Artists must be present on site during the entire festival and are responsible for collecting 8.25% sales tax. Categories include ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, and various mixed media, with no machine tooling or mass production permitted.
