Tennessee Craft Fair Fall 2025 47th Annual

Tennessee Craft invites artists to apply for the 47th Annual Fall Tennessee Craft Fair 2025, held October 10-12, 2025, at Centennial Park in Nashville, TN. The fair is free to the public and ranked in the top 25 premier craft art fairs in the country, attracting approximately 45,000 visitors annually. The juried art show presents traditional and contemporary fine craft handmade by approximately 190 individual artists. Eligibility is open to all artists who are U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age.

Artists must submit an entry form with five digital images of artwork executed in the past three years, plus a required booth image. Application fee is $35 non-refundable, plus $35 for each additional medium application (up to 3 applications). The application deadline is July 15, 2025, 11:59 PM Central Time. Late entries may be received on July 16th with an additional $15 late fee. Notification of acceptance is August 6, with booth payment due by August 25. The last day to cancel with a booth fee refund is September 1.

Artist amenities include free parking, 24-hour security from load-in through load-out, a robust marketing campaign, complimentary continental breakfast each morning, air-conditioned rest area with bathroom facilities, level booth spaces, and a booth buddy program for first-time exhibitors. Load-in is Thursday, October 9 from 9:30 am to 7 pm CST, with last-minute setup Friday, October 10 from 7 to 9 am CST. The show runs Friday and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm. Work must be original, handmade by the exhibiting artist with substantial manipulation of materials and originality in design. No buy-sale or resale items are permitted.
