Tears and Smiles 2023

Tears and Smiles 2023 is an international online group exhibition presented by Exhibizone. The exhibition invites artists to submit original 2D or 3D abstract and representational artworks exploring themes of smiles and tears as fundamental human emotions.

Selected artworks will be showcased in the online exhibition from May 15 to July 15, 2023. Submission is free of charge; a USD 35 selection fee applies to selected artists only. Artists may submit up to 5 artworks, with a maximum of 2 accepted per artist. All visual art categories are welcome, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital art, and mixed media. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred, though there is no creation year limit. There are no size restrictions. Artworks must be original works entirely created by the entrant and not copies or derivatives of copyrighted work.

Selected artists receive multiple benefits: inclusion in an online exhibition catalogue available internationally, artwork promotion for sales, public choice cash prizes (CAD 500 total distributed among 5 artists with highest artwork ranks), digital exhibition poster and promotional badges, visitor reviews and ratings, exhibition analytics reports, potential publication in magazines and books within the Biafarin art network, a free online artist profile page, and a digital certificate. The exhibition will include a promotion program to increase artist exposure and artwork sales.
