About This Call

The Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks Craft Festival, presented by The Tarpon Springs Merchant's Association and produced by SIK Promotions, Inc., features a curated showcase of handmade arts and crafts, unique gifts, and artisan goods from regional and national makers. The festival accepts a variety of contemporary art and fine crafts including jewelry and accessories, pottery and ceramics, original art (paintings, photography, sculpture), clothing and home décor, mixed media, glass, and wood/furniture. All events are pet and family friendly with free admission.

Exhibitor spaces are 10'x10'. Applications must include three high-resolution photos of work and one photo of outdoor booth setup. An optional 30-second video may be uploaded for media B-roll. Application fee is $35.00. Booth fees vary by category: Artist/Crafter $325 (items must be handmade by participant), Local St. Pete Charities/Non-Profits $350 (with proof of 501c3), Fair Trade/Import $425 (by invitation only), Commercial/Corporate $1500 (by invitation only, limit 4), and Food Vendors $42.50-$32.50 per linear foot. Resale and retail vendors are not accepted. Load-in is Saturday at 6:00 am and load-out is Sunday at 5:30 pm. Overnight security is provided on Saturday night. Space assignments and load-in details are sent via email the week of the event.

The festival is held on multiple dates throughout 2026: January 10-11, April 18-19, July 11-12, and October 10-11. October events run Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All other events run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. A $50 cancellation fee applies to all canceled bookings. Cancellations made 30 days or more before setup receive a booth fee refund (excluding 8% processing fees) or show credit for a future SIK Promotions event (redeemable within one calendar year). Cancellations made 8-29 days before setup receive no refund but may receive show credit. Cancellations made 7 days or less before setup receive no refund or credit. If an artist books and cancels twice within a calendar year, all fees become non-refundable with no future credit offered.
