TAG Gallery 2022 Los Angeles Angel Open

TAG Gallery invites artists to enter the juried Los Angeles Angel Open exhibition. Artists are encouraged to explore the themes of Angels and/or Los Angeles, whether literal, spiritual, or in the abstract. All submitted artwork will be juried using JPG images. Video of art may accompany 3D art.

Awards include one Best of Show Award ($500), two Excellence in Fine Arts Awards ($200 each), and up to four Honorable Mentions. The juror is Robert Zent Chew, Artist and President of The Artists Gallery, Los Angeles. The exhibition runs from December 21, 2022 through January 6, 2023 at TAG Gallery, 5458 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036. An in-person gallery reception is scheduled for Friday, January 6, 2023, 5pm-9pm PST.

Eligibility is limited to U.S. artists over 18 years old. Entry fee is $35 for one artwork; additional artworks are $5 each, up to 6 images total and/or up to 3 videos total. Artwork must be original, created within the last three years, and less than 40 inches wide or 8 feet tall. Shipped artwork should not weigh more than 25 lbs. All artwork must be for sale, and TAG Gallery receives 50% commission on sales. Shipped artwork must be received by December 15, 2022, or in-person drop-off is available December 16-17, 2022.
