SYNC 10 celebrates the staying power of art with a juried exhibition designed to give artists an opportunity to exhibit and sell their work in an elegant setting in an established art gallery. This exhibition will be juried by Louise Martorano, Executive Director of RedLine Contemporary Art Center located in Denver. SYNC Gallery is pleased to celebrate its 10th year, formed as a member-owned gallery in 2009 by a group of artists interested in having a strong presence in Denver's Santa Fe Art District. The gallery exhibits a variety of contemporary abstract and conceptual works by a collective of emerging and established artists.

Eligibility: All artists aged 18 and over residing in the United States are eligible. Artists may submit a maximum of 3 individual works of art. Only original works created within the last 2 years will be accepted. All work must be suitably framed or ready for installation. All 2-D and 3-D media, styles and techniques are eligible; audio and video media is not eligible. Two-dimensional work must not exceed 36" in the horizontal dimension, including the frame, and must not weigh more than 10 pounds. All two-dimensional work must be wired and ready to hang. Three-dimensional work designed to be displayed on a pedestal must not exceed 18" in diameter. Three-dimensional work designed to be displayed on the floor must not exceed 36" in diameter and must not weigh more than 50 pounds. Three-dimensional work designed to be suspended from the ceiling must not exceed 36" in diameter and 84" in length and must not weigh more than 20 pounds.

Entry fee is $35 for up to 3 artworks. Submissions must include artists' contact information, title of each artwork with year completed, medium, dimensions and sales price, and an artist statement. Entries will only be accepted through the CaFE online system with a deadline of April 28, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Juror's selections will be announced May 2, 2019. Hand delivery of accepted artwork is May 12 & 13, 2019 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. each day, or shipped artwork must arrive by May 13, 2019. Exhibition dates are May 16 - June 15, 2019. Opening reception and awards presentation is May 17, 2019 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Awards for Best in Show, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place will be determined by the juror. SYNC Gallery will conduct all sales, collect sales tax, and retain a 30% commission on all sales. Payment for sold artwork will be mailed on June 21, 2019. Unsold artwork can be picked up June 15, 2019 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. or June 16, 2019 from Noon - 4:00 p.m. Exhibition location: SYNC Gallery, 931 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO.
