Symphony of Colors

This exhibition is open only to Maryland Pastel Society members in good standing with current 2024 membership. Original artwork only is accepted. All paintings must be the artist's own original work and at least 80% soft pastels (no oil pastels). Accepted work must have been completed within the last two years and may not have been shown in previous Maryland Pastel Society exhibitions. Framed size of artwork should not exceed 36" in width or height. All manner of subject and style are eligible.

Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop your image to include only the artwork itself without visible matting, frames, or background distractions. Ensure your image is oriented correctly. Paintings delivered to the exhibit must be identical to the accepted digital image. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline of May 31, 2024. After submission and payment, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images until the deadline. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
