Sweet Pea Festival Winter Art Show 2024

The Sweet Pea Festival Winter Art Show 2024 is open to all artists residing in Montana. Original 2D and 3D artwork of all media created between 2020 and present are eligible. Works smaller than 40"x40" will be given priority. The entry fee is $30 and covers 1 to 3 submissions. Submit 1 digital image per entry in JPEG, GIF, or TIFF format at least 1MB (1000 pixels) but not exceeding 2MB. Name files with artist last name, title, and size.

Selected artworks must be finished, dry, and display ready with wire backs for the ERA Landmark hanging system. All works must be labeled with the artist's name, title, medium, and sales price or NFS upon delivery. Artists may elect to offer works for sale or not for sale (NFS), with sales directed through the artist exclusively. Wearable art such as jewelry and scarves are not accepted. If unable to deliver work, shipping fees both ways are the artist's responsibility.

An appointed judge will select winners for First Place ($500), Second Place ($250), and Third Place ($125). A People's Choice Award will be determined by community voting during the show; community members purchase a $1 ballot to vote on their favorite piece, with the money received going to the winning artist ($100 minimum). Selected artists may be highlighted in ERA Landmark and Sweet Pea's social media, promotions, and marketing. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and entry fees are non-refundable. The exhibition runs February 1-28, 2024, with jury selection taking place January 9-19, 2024.
