Surface In/Sight: Printmaking Today

This juried exhibition explores how artists perceive printmaking today. From traditional techniques to new technologies, printmakers are encouraged to use unique approaches and skills to enable their imagery to emerge on the surface. All print techniques and substrates are allowed, ranging from traditional to experimental and digital (except giclee reproductions). Maximum artwork size is 48 inches on its longest side, including frame.

Juror Joe Higgins is a well-respected Colorado artist working primarily in monotypes. Judging will rely on overall impact, content, composition, and mastery of techniques, with attention to creativity and craftsmanship. When entering, list all media used in the description field for your entries. Consider weight and fragility of your media if mailing your entry.

Submit 1-3 images. Entry fee is $35. Show dates are March 11-27, 2022. Notification of acceptance will be sent on or before February 14th, 2022. All work must arrive at CORE by March 5th, 2022.
