Sunset Hills Makers Market - 6th Annual 2025

The Sunset Hills Makers Market is a one-day outdoor juried art and contemporary craft fair held at Watson Trail Park in Sunset Hills, Missouri. This year marks the sixth edition of the market, featuring 100-125 exhibit slots for a diverse group of artisans, crafters, and makers of all mediums and price points. The event runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on October 18, 2025, and includes live music, food, drinks, and a family corner with demonstrations.

This is a juried show seeking diverse mediums and price points, including clay, glass, metal, fiber, wood, paper, literary, music, and more. Edible items are excluded as they will be featured in a separate perishable market. All work must be original, handcrafted, and created by the approved artists themselves. Kits, imports, and mass-produced items are strictly prohibited.

Application requirements include 5 images of work with one booth shot strongly recommended. The application fee is $25 (non-refundable) and booth fees are $75 for single spaces or $150 for double spaces. Additional services available include electricity ($20), tent rental ($25), and weight rental ($15 for set of four). All tents must have 50-pound weights securely attached to each leg. Artists are responsible for collecting 8.988% sales tax and must remain until the 5:00 pm conclusion.
