About This Call
The Sunnyvale Art & Wine Festival celebrates its 50th annual event on June 6 & 7, 2026, spanning W. Washington Ave and S. Murphy Ave in downtown Sunnyvale, CA. The festival features more than 200 exceptional artists and crafters, live musical performances, beer and wine, and food options. Event hours are 11:00am - 7:00pm Saturday and 11:00am - 5:00pm Sunday. This free community celebration attracts more than 35,000 guests annually. Produced by the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, proceeds support local businesses, the arts, and community connections.
Applications are open to creators of quality handcrafted, small batch products made in the USA by the artisan selling their works. Applicants should showcase their individual perspective in unique, unusual, or unexpected ways with good creative design. Not accepted: buy/sell, imports, kit-based, mass-produced items, work not made by the applicant(s), books, body art, permanent jewelry, CDs, or toys that are weapons. Artwork depicting weapons, nudity, or sensitive wording may be declined to maintain a family-friendly environment. No booth sharing except with married/significant-other partners. Two artists may request adjacent booths by applying separately.
Booth spaces are 10dx10w ($300 + 10% commission) or 10dx20w ($600 + 10% commission) on asphalt with backs to curbs. A 10% commission on gross, pre-tax sales is required for all work sold as a direct result of this opportunity. Commissions should be postmarked to PO Box 280, Pine Grove, CA 95665 by the Wednesday following the event. Saturday morning set-up begins at 6:00am. Overnight security and parking for self-contained vehicles are provided. Each booth must have a 2A:10BC fire extinguisher. Cancellations made March 16 - April 26 receive a PFAF credit slip minus $50 per space; cancellations after April 27 forfeit the space fee.
