About This Call
Join us for the Suncoast Reggae Festival, January 9–11, 2026! This lively event combines unique arts and crafts with amazing live performances by top reggae musicians from across Florida, plus freshly prepared onsite foods. Paragon Seafood & Music events consistently draw large crowds and are known for being well-structured and filled with talented artisans and crafters. This event at the Sarasota Fairgrounds is held at high season - the busiest time of the year in Florida.
The festival runs Friday 4 pm-10 pm (optional for artists), Saturday 11 am-10 pm (6 pm-9 pm optional), and Sunday 11 am-6 pm. All spaces are 10x12 on pavement/brick and grass surfaces. Single booth fee is $325, double booth fee is $650, with a $50 corner fee and $100 electricity fee available. Artists must be present for the entire duration and may only show work in categories selected by the jury. No Multi-Level Marketing products are permitted.
The jury process accepts an average of 40 artists from 120 applications, with 3 jurors scoring on a 1-10 scale. Artists receive overnight security Friday and Saturday evening, easy load-in and load-out, and designated RV parking. Booth fee payment is due December 9, 2025, paid directly to Paragon. Late payments after the deadline incur a $50 fee and automatic waitlist placement.
