Summerlin Festival of Arts 2025

Summerlin Festival of Arts is celebrating its 29th year in 2025 on The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin. In the affluent Summerlin area of Las Vegas, the popular outdoor event features the works of more than 100 fine artists. An established outdoor art festival, the celebration's focus is to support fine artists and artisans. Art enthusiasts enjoy fine arts and crafts in the inviting and festive outdoor atmosphere in Downtown Summerlin, a walkable open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination. The art festival hours are 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 10-12, 2025. The event is free and open to the public.

The jury consists of three jurors – artists, photographers, gallery owners or curators chosen each year. They will review all art and fine crafts between June 3 and 24 to determine who shall be accepted into the festival. Criteria include mastery of medium, creativity, originality, overall effect of the artwork. Applications require five images total - four images of your art and one booth shot. The jury fee is $25.00 for each artist (non-refundable). Accepted medium categories include basketry, batik, clay and ceramics, drawings, glass, gourds, jewelry, leather crafts, metal, mixed-media, painting, paper, photography, printmaking, sculpture, watercolor, weaving/fiber, and woodcrafts. All artwork must be original and personally executed by the exhibiting artist.

Artist amenities include security patrolling the site 24-hours from Thursday setup through Sunday, convenient artist and visitor parking on site, coffee and sweet rolls provided for artists Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, volunteers available for booth sitting upon request, and helpers and motorized carts available for set-up and tear-down on a first-come, first-served basis. RV, trailer, and overnight parking is allowed in parking lots on site with proper registration. Artists are responsible for paying Nevada sales tax on gross sales (currently 8.375%) and must turn in sales tax return forms at the close of the show.
