Summerfair 41 at Rimrock Mall

Summerfair 41 at Rimrock Mall is an outdoor art fair held July 12-14 at Rimrock Mall. The event is juried by a committee of art community members who seek saleable, fine quality, creative, original work. Only hand-crafted work by the selling artist is acceptable. No commercial or mass-produced products are permitted, except reproductions of paintings or drawings provided the original art is also for sale in the artist's booth.

Applications are accepted in three rounds with deadlines of March 31, April 28, and May 26, 2019, with a final deadline of June 15, 2019 (late fees apply after May 27). The non-refundable application and jury fee is $30. Accepted artists must submit booth fees by June 15. Booth space is preassigned at a minimum of 12' x 12' with additional storage space. First round booth fees are $325 (12x12) or $400 (12x20); fees increase in subsequent rounds. An optional electrical fee of $20 is available. Artists must provide their own booth and equipment and plan for outdoor conditions. Summerfair is outdoors, and artists should prepare for sun and/or inclement weather. Artists are required to remain open through Sunday, July 14 until 4:00 p.m. Cancellation after June 2 results in forfeiture of booth fees. Submit four digital images clearly representing work to be sold, with three images showing a small grouping of 2-4 items and one image showing complete booth display. All artists receive electronic notification of jury results.
