Summerfair 2026

Summerfair is the 59th annual fine arts and fine crafts fair held in Cincinnati, Ohio, consistently identified as one of the top 20 best shows in the United States by Sunshine Artist magazine. The event takes place at Coney Island Park on the Ohio River, featuring paved pathways, trees, and free parking. Over 300 juried exhibitors participate, with $19,800 in cash awards and annual attendance of 20,000+. General admission is $10, and there is no commission on artist sales.

The fair serves as the main fundraising event for Summerfair Cincinnati, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization supporting young artists and community arts organizations through awards, scholarships and exhibitions. Fair dates are May 29-31, 2026 (Friday 12-7pm, Saturday 10-7pm, Sunday 10-5pm). Applications are accepted only through ZAPP with a $35 application fee. Booth fees are $525 for single space (10'x10') or $1050 for double space (10'x20'). Optional tent rentals are available for $275 (10'x10') or $570 (10'x20').

Only original art produced by the artist is accepted, with work from commercial kits, molds, or patterns prohibited. Five digital images are required for each medium category. Artists must be present during the entire fair and are responsible for setup, sales transactions, and sales taxes. Categories include 2D & 3D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing and Printmaking, Fiber and Leather, Glass, Jewelry, Painting, and Photography. Application deadline is February 9, 2026, with acceptance notifications on March 6, 2026.
