About This Call
ShockBoxx Gallery in Hermosa Beach is seeking artists for an upcoming juried group exhibition in June 2023. This is an open call for all themes, mediums, styles, and artists from all locations and career levels. Artworks will be judged based on creativity, originality, quality of work, composition, and overall artistic ability.
Entry fee is $25 for a single image submission, with additional images available at $5 each (up to 8 images total). Video and audio uploads are also available. Submissions may include 1-8 images, 0-5 audio files, and 0-5 video files. Top artist submissions will receive featured wall space and inclusion on Artsy. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three pieces selected by jury. Exhibiting artists will be announced in late May via email, and the exhibition will be featured on Artsy, via a Zoom opening, and in the physical gallery space.
