Strawberry Days Festival 2026

The 129th Annual Strawberry Days Festival and Arts & Crafts Show takes place June 19-21, 2026 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The festival is held outdoors on grassy surfaces and welcomes both arts/crafts vendors and food vendors.

Arts & Crafts vendors: The festival accepts most handmade art and craft mediums, with preference for handmade items. A small percentage of buy/sell products are considered. Jewelry vendors are limited due to high application volume. Accepted mediums include any not explicitly prohibited. Vendors must provide their own clean, white tent and equipment suitable for outdoor use. Booth spaces are assigned at the committee's discretion. Show hours are Friday 12-8 pm, Saturday 10 am-8 pm, and Sunday 10 am-4 pm (vendors may stay open later Friday and Saturday). The "Best Arts & Crafts Booth" award includes a complimentary 2027 booth fee.

Food vendors: Food vendors must submit a separate application to Garfield County Public Health after acceptance and obtain approval before participating. Menu items are pre-approved and vendors may only sell approved items. Show hours are Friday 12-10 pm, Saturday 10 am-10 pm, and Sunday 10 am-4 pm, with last call at 9:45 pm. Food vendors must provide liability insurance covering the booth, product, rented space and staff.

All vendors: Tent stakes are prohibited; all tents and canopies must be weighted with a minimum of 40 lbs. per leg. There is no alternate rain date and refunds will not be provided for inclement weather. Vendors must leave their space clean and free of debris. All vendors must use compostable materials and avoid plastic bags. Arts & crafts vendors submit 9.1% sales tax; pre-packaged food vendors submit 6.2%. Overnight security is provided Wednesday through Monday. The festival has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, racism, drug possession, theft, fighting, bullying, sexual harassment, and other prohibited behaviors. Weapons, smoking, pets, subleasing of booths, outside alcohol and glass, sleeping in vehicles, and camping in booths are not allowed.
