Stockholm Art Fair 2026

The Stockholm Art Fair has been a tradition in Stockholm, Wisconsin for over 50 years. The fair invites 95 quality artists and fine crafters to display their work in Stockholm Village Park on the shore of Lake Pepin and the Mississippi River. Over 5,000 people attend each year. Mature trees provide shade over most of the grounds, and the layout is well organized for easy artist access and spectator navigation. The visual arts are complemented with musical performers and fine-food vendors throughout the day. Three merit awards and one best-of-show honor are presented midway through the event, each including a cash prize and guaranteed acceptance in the next year's fair with the jury fee waived.

Artists may apply in up to two categories but must only display art in the categories they are juried in. The jury panel is composed of invited artists and committee members. Applicants must provide four images representing their artwork and one booth image showing the entire display area with artwork clearly visible. Artwork must be original and made by the attending artist. Categories include: Ceramic/Pottery, 2D Painting, 2D Drawing, Jewelry, Glass, Wood, Photography, Printmaking, Fiber, Sculpture, Folk Art, and Mixed Media.

Booth spaces measure 10x10 with a small buffer space on sides. The booth fee is $200; double booths are available by notifying organizers after acceptance and selecting 2 booths during payment. Booths must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on July 18, 2026 and remain set up until 5:00 p.m. Early setup on Friday evening is available from 5:00 p.m. until dark. Booth tents must be sturdy and able to withstand wind, with each corner secured with 45-lb. weight or greater, corkscrew tie-downs, or long stakes. Vehicles are not allowed in the show area. Wisconsin Sales Tax numbers are required (unless exempt). Refunds of the booth fee are available if cancellation occurs prior to June 20, 2026; refunds after that date are at the discretion of the committee.
