Still Life - 2023

Gallerium presents Still Life - 2023, a dual exhibition and publication opportunity celebrating still life art in any medium. The call welcomes traditional still life arrangements, contemporary objects, symbolic narratives, textures and surfaces, minimalistic arrangements, and innovative interpretations in any style or approach including abstract, cubism, and figurative work. All natural or artificial artworks presenting creative and captivating still life compositions are welcome.

This opportunity is open to all visual artists worldwide working in 2D and 3D media, including painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital arts, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, and other mediums. Submission is free of charge. Selected artworks will be published in The Book of Arts: Still Life series and showcased in the Still Life international online exhibition from October 12 to December 12, 2023. Selected artists will pay a selection fee of USD 40 (USD 34 early bird). Up to 6 artworks can be submitted, with a maximum of 2 artworks selected per artist.

Selected artworks will be featured in an online exhibition, published in a glossy colorful A4 book available in digital and print-on-demand formats, promoted for sales, included in an exhibition catalogue, and receive a digital certificate. Artists will receive a digital exhibition poster, social media badges, and access to analytics including views, comments, and sales statistics. Each artist receives a free online profile page on the Biafarin platform. A money-back guarantee is available for selection fee payments until the exhibition's official opening day.
