About This Call
The 16th Annual Stagecoach Village Fine Art & Wine Festival takes place in Cave Creek, Arizona. Stagecoach Village is located in the heart of the affluent communities surrounding Carefree and Cave Creek, just minutes from North Scottsdale. The festival features over 100 jury selected fine artists exhibiting a wide variety of media and subject matter, wine tasting and craft beer, gourmet eateries, and live musical entertainment. This is a free event with easy parking.
Application deadline is October 26, 2025, with notification on November 6, 2025. Artists must accept and purchase by December 6, 2025. The application fee is $25.00, with marketing/space fees of $400 for 10'x10', $500 for 10'x15', and $800 for 10'x20' spaces. Four images are required including one booth shot. Artists must provide original work of personal execution, and all work displayed must represent artwork submitted for jury.
Artist services include bottled water and snacks, overnight security, accessible staff, and spacious layout with no extra charge for corners. Setup times are Thursday 3:00pm to 7:00pm or Friday morning 7am-10:00am, with all participants required to be completely set up by 9:30am. Artists must provide white fire retardant canopies, professional displays, valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax number, and City of Cave Creek business license after acceptance.
