About This Call
Belgravia Court is a section of the St. James Court Art Show, ranked the #1 Fine Art Show in the country by Sunshine Artist magazine in September 2019. The show is held the first full weekend of October in the historic Old Louisville neighborhood, featuring the largest collection of Victorian homes in the country. Belgravia Court hosts 75 artists selected from over 600 artists exhibiting across the entire show. The court is a historic walking area lined with Victorian homes that open to a center green, where artists set up booths.
The show accepts artists across 15 medium categories including clay, crafts, fiber/clothing, eclectic, glass, jewelry, images 2D, leather, metal, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood. Mandatory setup is Thursday, October 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Booth fees are $625 for a single space, with premium and double booths available at additional cost after show director approval. Booth fees must be received by August 1, 2026. A non-refundable $40 application fee is required. Proceeds fund community charities, college art scholarships, and neighborhood maintenance.
All work must be original and of the artist's own crafting; no buy/resell, commercial, imported, kit-made, or mass-produced items are accepted. Prints and mechanical reproductions are allowed if clearly stated on the application and do not comprise more than 25% of the display. The artist must be present and have their booth open during all three days of the show. No generators, food products, or musical recordings may be sold. General liability insurance is required. The show is juried annually, and all accepted artists are required to attend all three days. Participation is limited to one section of the show per year.
