About This Call
The second annual St. Armands Festival of the Arts takes place October 18-19, 2025, at St. Armands Circle in Sarasota. The festival attracts art lovers from across the region, including St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda.
Accepted media categories include ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphic and printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood. All work must be original handcrafted work created by the artist(s) present at the event. Work done by production studios is not accepted. No t-shirts, commercially manufactured items, items employing commercially available molds, velvet paintings, decoupage, plants, soaps, candles, scented oils, or homemade food items are permitted.
Jurying is conducted in-house by Paragon staff using a blind jury process based 70% on the quality of work images and 30% on booth presentation image. Artists must be present with their work for the entire duration of the festival and must provide photo identification at check-in. Booth spaces are 10x12 and require a 10x10 white tent provided by the artist. Application fee is $30.00; single booth fee is $495.00; double booth fee is $990.00; corner fee is an additional $100. Booth fee payment is due September 18, 2025, and must be paid directly to Paragon. Overnight security is provided Friday and Saturday evenings. Check-in and setup begins Friday, October 17 from 12 pm-6 pm, with additional setup Saturday, October 18 from 6 am-8 am. Show hours are Saturday 10 am-5 pm and Sunday 10 am-5 pm. Application deadline is August 18, 2025, with notification on August 29, 2025.
