Spot On #4

D'art Gallery, a contemporary gallery in the Art District on Santa Fe Drive in Denver, invites artists to enter the "Spot On #4" exhibition, juried by Molly Bird Casey, Chief Curator and Co-Founder of NINE dot ARTS. The gallery is looking for creative presentations of your medium—stretching your process and identifying your artistic sweet spot. Show your best work, whether a new vision or polished approach.

The exhibition runs August 31 - September 24, 2023 at D'art Gallery, 900 Santa Fe Drive, Denver. Four cash prizes will be awarded: Best of Show ($300) and three Honorable Mentions ($100 each), announced at the Opening Reception. Entry fee is $40 for up to three art pieces/images. The deadline to enter is July 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Results will be emailed the week of July 24, 2023. This is a national call; all USA residents are eligible.

Artwork must be original, completed, and ready to hang or display. Maximum size is 8' tall by 5' wide including frame, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. All paintings must be framed or gallery wrapped with fully painted edges; two-dimensional works on paper must be framed. No Giclee prints, audio-video performance artworks, French Cleats, or sawtooth hangers accepted. Complex installations or fragile artwork must be installed by the creating artist or their representative. Accepted artwork may be shipped (by August 26) or hand-delivered (August 26-27). All artwork must be for sale and will incur a 30% commission if sold. Shipping and return shipping costs and insurance are the artist's responsibility.
