Spine & Reynolds Gallery

This is a call for art from AAWS members only. The entry fee is $20 per artist for up to 2 works per 2D artist, or $20 per artist for a "body of work" per 3D artist. The first 60 entries will be accepted.

Artwork requirements: Artwork must not exceed 50" in any direction or weigh more than 30lbs. Canvases must be framed or gallery wrapped with dry paint. Work must be securely wired with no alligator hangers accepted. Work on paper must be protected by glass, plexiglass, or sealed. Artwork previously shown at the Spine Gallery with AAWS will not be accepted. Membership must be current. Artwork must be sufficiently protected from breakage or damage and placed in a sturdy box with your name attached. No box can weigh more than 20lbs.

Submission requirements: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30MB. Crop images to show only the artwork itself with no visible matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline of March 21, 2024. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline.
