Collage is acceptable if consisting only of paper painted by the artist. Maximum image size is 100 square inches with a maximum of 12 inches on one side. Substrates can include watercolor papers, illustration board, watercolor board, canvas, Claybord/Aquabord, Yupo, or other synthetic paper.

Artists may submit up to four images. The exhibition will be held at Panama City Center for the Arts from June 5 – July 25, 2026. Accepted paintings must arrive between May 20-30, 2026, or be hand-delivered May 29-30 between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. A $30 handling fee is required upon acceptance.
