About This Call
Clarkesville Main Street invites you to the annual Soque River Fine Arts Festival on October 18, 2025. It will be a superb celebration of creativity nestled in the heart of charming downtown Clarkesville, Georgia. Set against the backdrop of the scenic Soque River, and the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains; this fine arts festival will feature a variety of artistic wonders. From masterful paintings and sculptures to gorgeous woodwork and metal art, the Soque River Fine Arts Festival promises to showcase the best of local and regional talent.
This is a juried fine arts and handmade crafts festival. Artists may only show work in categories approved by the jury. Original art must occupy no less than 50% of the artist's booth space. No "buy/sell" or commercially mass-produced items will be sold or exhibited. Categories include Mixed Media, Drawing/Graphics, Clay, Fiber/Leather, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Wood, and Other. Single 10x10 booth space costs $125, double 10x20 booth space costs $225. Application fee is free, and 6 images plus a booth shot are required.
Exhibitors must provide their own WHITE tents (no larger than 10'x10'), displays, chairs, tables, and set-up equipment. Tent weights of no less than 40 lbs for each leg are required. Electricity is not available and generators are not allowed. All booths will be located on asphalt surfaces. The booth must be set up and ready for business by 9:00 am, and exhibitors must exhibit for the duration of the festival. Cancellations prior to September 30, 2025 will receive a refund for booth space purchase, but cancellations on or after October 1, 2025 will not receive a refund.
