Something For Everyone (Squared)

Something for Everyone SQUARED is a visual art exhibit seeking square-shaped artworks of any style or 3D works that incorporate squares and cubes. Works may play creatively with the idea of squares and cubes in any medium including painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, and more. Both 2D and 3D works are welcome.

The exhibition runs December 2-30, 2022 at 311 Gallery, located at 311 W Martin Street, Raleigh, NC. An opening reception will be held December 2, 2022 from 6-9pm, with an artist meetup and closing reception on December 30, 2022 from 6-8pm. All artworks must be physical, for sale, and ready for installation. Works should not exceed 60 inches in any dimension and should not exceed $800 in retail price. The gallery recommends pricing in the $400-$600 range. Artists may submit up to 4 works; the entry fee is $20 for the first work and $5 for each additional work (maximum $35 total). Works will be accepted on a piece-by-piece basis due to space limitations. The gallery retains a 40% commission on all work sold, with commission checks mailed approximately 30 days after sale.

Eligible artists must be living United States residents. Accepted works must be hand-delivered or shipped to the gallery by November 25-26, 2022. Digital submissions must be printed as physical works. Images should be submitted as JPEGs at least 1000px at their widest dimension, up to 2000px, and not exceeding 4MB per image.
