Solo Show in d'Art Center's Vault

This is a juried solo show opportunity in The Vault, a 132 square foot exhibition space housed in a historical bank vault located in the d'Art Center's NEON District location in Norfolk's Arts District. The opportunity is open to functional, non-functional, 2D, 3D, fine art, and fine craft in all mediums. The Vault can accommodate between 12-15 pieces depending on sizes.

Show dates are Saturday, May 29th through Sunday, June 20th, 2021. The submission deadline is May 2nd, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. The entry fee is $45.00 for up to 20 works (one image per submission). Artists must submit 3-20 images. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 5pm on Monday, May 10th, 2021. Accepted works must arrive by 5pm on Friday, May 21st, 2021 if shipping. The work will be juried by the d'Art Center gallery director and staff.

Shipped works cannot exceed 40 pounds or 60 inches in their longest dimension. All work must be hang/presentation ready. The d'Art Center will market the show through social media and patron base and provide invitational postcards/fliers. Commission on sales is 60% artist and 40% d'Art Center. Optional opening reception packages are available at $250, $500, or $750. Artists are responsible for shipping costs to and from the gallery and must provide pre-paid return labels through UPS or FedEx.
