SOLO & GROUP Exhibitions | Downtown Austin

Dab Art Co. is accepting proposals for solo and group exhibitions at Sí Gallery, located in the East Sixth neighborhood of Downtown Austin, as well as online exhibitions. Proposals will be reviewed and considered weekly. A comprehensive submission should include at least 3 images, a biography and/or artist statement, artist website link, and links to at least 1 social media platform.

Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media, and new genres. Online exhibitions vary from 3 to 6 months. Gallery exhibitions range from 4 to 10 weeks, with a minimum of one solo exhibition selected per month. Featured artists are invited to attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews or panel discussions.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images at $5 each (maximum 20 images). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100, limited to 1 hour via Zoom. Artists selected for exhibition will be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation, which includes priority consideration for future exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, and marketing support. Notifications are sent via email within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Artists on the waitlist will be featured in at least one online exhibition within the calendar year. Gallery retains a 50% commission on all sales. All work must be original, unsold, and the artist must own sole copyright. 2D artwork must be ready to hang with professional-quality frames, mats, and wiring. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance. Sales remittances are paid within 60 days after the exhibit concludes and receipt of full payment from the buyer.
