Solo Exhibition
We are excited to announce that we are accepting submissions for Solo Exhibitions at Dragonfly Gallery! There is no submission fee to submit your work. If accepted to exhibit at Dragonfly Gallery, the artist's portion will range from $400 to $800, due after being accepted. Depending on the space.
The exhibition fee includes:
No commission on the sale of work-100% of the sale price will go to the artist
The exhibition is up for one month
Installation: We will install the exhibition for you, including label information
Website and promotion: all exhibitions will be posted on the gallery’s website with Title of the exhibition, artist bio/statement, and images in the exhibition, link to personal social media handles & personal website
The Chicago Gallery News, Visualist, Eventbrite, and Block Club Chicago
E-newsletter and gallery’s social media
Gallery hours, Opening Reception, and by appointment: The gallery will be open on the weekends and will host an opening reception
Once accepted:
Artist fee
Submit a digital portfolio of all work in the exhibition-JPEGs only
Short one-paragraph bio and/or artist statement- PDF or Word doc
Social media handles
Delivery of work: All materials ready to hang. If shipping your work, a return shipping label must be included.
First, Second and Third choice for Exhibition month 2026-2027
Pick up of work: All work must be picked up on the date agreed on. There is no room for shortage at the gallery

We are accepting work in all media; there is no limit to size. Installations and performances will also be considered.

Visual 2-D art: 5-20 images
Video for performances
