Solo Exhibition Open Call

Blue Line Arts invites artists to submit work for a solo exhibition in the West Park Gallery. Selected artists will present 10-20 pieces of original artwork created within the past two years. Any theme and medium is welcome.

Eligibility: Open to artists everywhere. Applicants must be 18 years or older. All artwork must be original, completed within the last two years, and cannot have been previously exhibited at Blue Line Arts. All 2-D works must be ready to hang with wire installed (no sawtooth hangers). Artwork must be able to enter through doors with clearance of 94"h x 91"w, ceilings are 10 feet high, and nothing over 60 lbs will be accepted. All artwork must be for sale. Accepted artwork that differs significantly from the submitted image will be disqualified. No accepted entry may be withdrawn or sold outside the exhibition prior to closing.

Submission Requirements: Entry fee is $35 (non-refundable). Submit 3-10 images of your work. All artwork images must be renamed in the format: LastNameFirstName_ArtworkTitle. Exhibition dates: February 18 – April 1, 2023. Artist notification: January 6, 2023. Shipping deadline: January 27, 2023. Hand delivery available February 13 & 14, 10am-3pm. Opening reception: March 18, 2023, 4-8pm. Unsold work pickup: April 2 or 3, 10am-3pm. Blue Line Arts handles all sales transactions. Non-member artists receive 50% commission; members receive 60% commission. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and must provide prepaid return labels from FedEx or UPS (no US Mail).
