Sohn Fine Art Gallery's 6th Annual Juried Photography and Sculpture Exhibition

Sohn Fine Art Gallery is accepting submissions of photography and sculpture for the 6th Annual Juried Exhibition, which will benefit Norman Rockwell Museum. This is an open call for a juried photography and sculpture exhibition at Sohn Fine Art Gallery, located in Lenox, MA. Any genre of photography can be submitted and all photographic mediums are eligible. Sculptures in any medium for indoors are eligible for submission (size restrictions may apply). The exhibition will be curated and judged by Laurie Norton Moffatt (Director and CEO of Norman Rockwell Museum), Stephanie Haboush Plunkett (Deputy Director and Chief Curator), and Jesse Kowalski (Curator of Exhibitions).

The submission deadline is February 18, 2017. Approximately 20 photographs and 3-10 sculptures will be accepted into the exhibition. All work will be judged anonymously. The exhibition will be on view at Sohn Fine Art Gallery from March 31 to May 29, 2017, with a reception on Saturday, April 22, 2017 (4:00-6:30 p.m.), where winners will be announced. Accepted artists will be notified on February 26, 2017.

The 1st Place Winner in photography will receive a private tour for two of Norman Rockwell Museum's permanent collection with Curator Jesse Kowalski, plus a family membership to the Museum for one year. The 1st Place Winner in sculpture will receive a private tour for two of the Peter Rockwell Sculpture Collection with a Museum Curator, plus a family membership for one year. The People's Choice Award Winner in Photography will receive one 24 x 36" archival pigment print of their own work produced by Sohn Fine Art on a substrate of their choice. The People's Choice Award Winner in Sculpture will receive an opportunity to exhibit one piece at Sohn Fine Art Gallery for July and August 2017. 2nd and 3rd Place winners will receive Honorable Mention and Norman Rockwell books. Entry fee is $25.00. Submit 1-12 images.
